Perogi bonus

Open Mic at Klimat Lounge. It was nice. Free appetizers afterward–whoo hoo! Great spinach and cheese (respectively) Pierogi’s. 

I’ll definitely be back, though I think it’s easier for me when I get the spotlight in my face – seeing the audience can be a little unnerving. I guess I just need to get used to it.

There was a guy who spent his entire 7 minutes telling stories about Iguana’s totally bored the heck out of me, and at some times his descriptions were a little unnerving. However, I appreciated his seeming ability to enjoy his time, to take time on stage irregardless of the lack of audience responsiveness. Something I can definitely learn from vs. speeding along or abandoning a bit altogether because I feel like I’m taking up too much space.
